re: Hillary overheated - As much as I’m a Trump fan, considering him a worthy “messenger” of needed change, I do also appreciate, being from NY state myself, what Hillary did for the state in the 9/11 aftermath. Your take on what was happening with Clinton sounds so “right on!” Also, you never can win trying to out-maneuver someone who’s from the Bronx using his natural tactics. re: North Korea - Based on last weeks NewsScope indicating a potential war involving the U.S. in June 2017 and this week's describing the planetary configurations effecting the North Korean leader at that same time it seems those two may match and it would be North Korea the U.S. ends up at war.

re: 2017 war - Speaking of explosive war indicators, were there explosive indicators occuring around December 7th, 1941?
A. Yes, the progressed Venus cycle was in full play at that time, being conjunct not only Pluto but the progressed Ascendant. Also, progressed mars was making a rare octile to the Midheaven. A transiting Saturn-Uranus conjunction in the U.S. 7th house of "open enemies" was squaring the U.S. Moon. Transiting Mars kicked this configuration off by opposing the U.S. Saturn.

re: election - Like millions of other people in the United States I am devastated by Trump's election success. Hillary could still take the White House if on Dec. 19, 2017 when the electoral college votes enough members vote against a Trump presidency. I understand this has never happened in our history. However I looked at the planets on Dec. 19th and the Sun is opposite Trump's Sun and Mercury turns retrograde on that day. My question to you is: Do you think there is a possibility that could actually happen? Your time and efforts in fulfilling my request are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your generosity in sharing your knowledge of astrology with the world.
re: election - How did astrologers go so spectacularly wrong? Every astrologer I read was wrong----and I read quite a few.. Not one predicted Trump. Also most of the polls called it wrong too.

Although many Astrologers got it wrong regarding who would win the Presidency to be fair you did point out some of Hillary’s astrological challenges and I credit you for that. re: war in 2017 - I have been wondering about it since 2008. A lot of astrologers were able to foresee the economic impact of 2008 and compared it to 1929. At the time, I felt that the economic downturn of 1929-32 staged the WWII around 1939. Financial downturns damage human lives. The result of a downturn, or the "fix" of financial downturn is a major cause for war, when the people see that wealth is re-distributed unfairly. However, no astrologer has given any clue of a major war after 2008, until I see your articles on 2017.

re: Trump's ACG map - Note that Trump's Mars descendant on his AstroCartoGraphy chart runs right through Pyongyang, N. Korea. Does this suggest N. Korea's saber rattling might provoke some type of militant destabilization or weakness for Trump?
A. It does indeed suggest an area where Trump might feel the urge to engage militarily or where military conflict might erupt.
re: Trump's Juno - This bit of research provides fabulous insight - or should I say confirmation of every thinking person's fears. Great work. The news itself, however, is disheartening!
re: the next war - After rereading your Sept 5th and Nov 2st columns, I got the impression that our next war maybe a war within. Perhaps sparked by the S. Dakota pipeline protests? Is there any indication with whom we would be going to war with in 2017? Foreign or Domestic? If foreign, do you foresee another 911 type terrorist attack?
re: Trump - You've hinted at a lot of stuff for some time. Political commentators have as well. Do you see the Trump presidency either coming to fruition or--if it does--lasting four years? If it does not last or does not actually occur at all is some actual Other determined by the other Oath of Office--whenever that might be?
A. In my article about the ceremonial Oath of Office horoscope, I show how Trump's inauguration chart is similar to JFK's and Nixon's because all three have Part of Fortune in hard aspect to Black Moon Lilith. And we know how both JFK's and Nixon's terms ended tragically before four years...
re: Sibley U.S.chart - I use the Sibley with good results. However, that is not to say that the Scorpio Rising chart isn't valid. Different perspectives may manifest in different charts. However, I'd like to point out the perspective of a friend whose spent 50 years in NGO work all over the world.
She knows little about astrology other than her own sign. However, she has often criticized the U.S. presence in port after port where she has been. "They always have to have the biggest ships. You always know when they are around. Why can't they make a softer
footprint???!!!!"
Yes, that's a display of power, although Scorpio says to me CIA, not giant battleships. More importantly to me, given that the Rising sign is the way you are perceived by others - this international display of overwhelming size speaks to me of Jupiter.
A. I wonder how many political enthusiasts can tell the difference between a Sagittarius Ascendant and a Sun-Jupiter conjunction trine the Ascendant? When 8º Scorpio is rising, the U.S. Sun-Jupiter conjunction in Cancer trines the Ascendant, bestowing all the grandiose qualities you see in a Sadge Ascendant.
Here's another perspective about a Scorpio Ascendant besides the secrecy thing: it resonates with the 8th house, and thus capitalism. And with four planets in the 8th house, the theme is much emphasized.
In addition to the Sun-Jupiter trine the Ascendant, it does so from the 9th house. What's the difference between the Sun in the 9th house and a Sagittarius Ascendant? I asked Jeff Jawer this once, and he couldn't say.
And with four planets in the 8th house, the U.S. has become a national umbrella for the powerful corporations that dominate the planet. Yes,they leave a huge "footprint" most everywhere, especially via innovative technology (Uranus), the military (Mars), the cultural celebrities (Venus), and the banking system (Jupiter).

re: KellyAnne Conway - If I understand your blog correctly, according to Trump's progressed moon entering his 12th house, we can expect the potential of his downfall, or at least serious setbacks, beginning in June. Can you speak about the same prospect for KellyAnne Conway, when she'll be out of the news?
A. Unfortunately, we don't have a birth time for her, making her situation difficult to assess. However, she will likely be a significant and controversial news item for at least two more months as the transiting Uranus-Eris conjunction opposes her Mars.
re: inaugurations - You know how you've cited similarities in JFK's, Nixon's, and Trump's inauguration charts? Are pivotal events apparent in these charts? Can you say "a-ha see right there? THAT is end of Nixon" (or JFK [much more definitively...]) and therefore Trump? Have you looked at the key historical moments and how they impact--specifically--the inauguration charts?

re: climate change - Although conserves DO want a clean planet, the whole *climate change-global cooling-global warming* hysteria is whipped up BULLS*** by people like Al Gore and a bevy of others to make money. It was further hyped by *oPharoah and the DemonCraps* to push his cap & trade garbage in order to bring the US down so that he could 'level the playing field' with 3rd world countries, and penalize businesses financially, send our dollars to other countries to do more APOLOGIZING from the big bad USA, and ultimately completely destroy the fossil fuel industry. In reality this whole climate change crap is the liberals' RELIGION.

Kellyanne Conway’s Rectified Horoscope
Several readers have requested an astrological look at Kellyanne Conway, a consistent and fascinating newsmaker. Unfortunately, we don’t have a sourced birth time for her, but her strong religious background, the honors she received in her upper education, and her first professional role as a lawyer suggest her Sun is in the 9th house. The birth time given here is rectified, and places Venus at her Midheaven.
These two sections are from a biwheel, showing Conway's natal Mars being activated by transiting Jupiter, Mars, Uranus, and Eris during the Feb. 26 Solar Eclipse.
Ms. Conway was born with her Capricorn Sun conjunct Mercury and square Mars (Jan. 20, 1967; 1:04 pm*, Hammonton, NJ), a strident combination that readily – and often impulsively – compels her to speak her mind. Venus near the MC brought a blueberry pageant award when she was 16, and is part of an Air Grand Trine that, along with her Gemini Ascendant, makes her an appealing commentator on the political scene.
One reason why 6º Gemini looks accurate is due to a peculiar Mars transit. A year ago, Conway was working as Ted Cruz’s campaign manager, but he announced he was withdrawing on May 4, 2016 when Mars was retrograde at 7º Sagittarius. Then, after a brief stint in the Trump camp, she was appointed manager of his presidential campaign on August 17, 2017: Mars was now direct and at 6º Sagittarius.
Trump won the election on November 8 when Conway was experiencing a progressed Fortuna-Jupiter conjunction. Also her progressed Mercury was at 6º Pisces (in her 10th house of reputation) and exactly squaring her Gemini Ascendant. No other placement in the natal chart is located at 6º of any sign, so 6º on the Ascendant makes sense. With an accurate birth chart, we can explore the natal dynamics much more confidently.
Conway's birth time is unknown; the time given here should be considered speculative.
Conway, a Deeper Look
Since Trump was elected, Conway has been a major feature in the news on at least four distinct occasions. The first time was her vocal opposition to appointing Mitt Romney as Secretary of State. Then came her infamous “alternative facts” explanation, followed by the non-existent “Bowling Green Massacre”. Most recently, she committed the faux pas of openly promoting Ivanka Trump’s line of clothing.
Conway’s Moon in the 12th house and opposite Neptune indicates a sensitive, empathetic soul lurking behind her tough public persona. But with a Saturn-Chiron conjunction in Pisces, she feels a strong need to cover up this more vulnerable, intuitive side with the mask of authority. Mercury in systems-oriented Aquarius trines her Ascendant, assisting her in becoming an expert in polling and dealing with hard numbers.
Ceres at 24º Gemini is the most challenging asteroid placement in her chart due to its square to the generational Uranus-Pluto conjunction in Virgo, and the square to the Saturn-Chiron pair in Pisces. Ceres shows how we take care of others as well as ourselves, and in Gemini, this is through knowledge and communication. Her Ceres conjoins Donald Trump’s Gemini Sun, and she takes care of him and his business affairs by explaining the facts as she sees them. Transiting Saturn opposite her Ceres has not made it easy.
Juno at 8º Leo is also well aspected by being sextile her Gemini Ascendant and trine Pallas-Lilith. She proudly presents herself as a partner in a traditional marriage with four children. She married on April 28, 2001 with multiple aspects to both her natal and progressed Juno. The most favorable -- one that shows a marriage based on love -- is an exact trine between her progressed Venus and Juno.
Vesta is the most karmic placement since it’s exactly conjunct her South Node at 13º Scorpio. In modern terms, Vesta here can be called the workaholic, one that is absolutely devoted to her duty. In Scorpio, she carries an unusual intensity to her calling, which is serving the conservative agenda. Vesta is exactly square her Midheaven, implying a clash between her public reputation (MC) and the demands of her duty (Vesta).
Conway and the Feminine Archetypes
Each of the four major asteroids and Black Moon Lilith are all important players in Conway’s horoscope. Of these, her Pallas-Lilith conjunction is the most auspiciously placed.
